ODOR INVESTIGATION
TURNS INTO
FUEL SPILL AT GAS
STATION
June 30th - At 12:16 Company 6 was alerted for an odor
investigation in the area of East Main Street and 6th Street in
Reynoldsville Borough. Chief 6, Pumper 6 and Engine 6-2
responded. Upon investigation of the area a 2-3 gallon fuel
spill was loated at the Uni-Mart. All units cleared within a
half hour.
ANOTHER MEDEVAC FOR
MVA WITH INJURIES
June 20th - At 14:41 Company 6 was alerted for a motorcycle
vs car on West Main Street in Reynoldsville Borough. Pumper 6
responded to the scene and assisted EMS and accident clen-up.
Upon evaluation of the patient EMS requested a medical
helicopter. Pumper 6 and Rescue 6 responded to the Reynoldsville
Football field and established a landing zone for STAT MedEvac
9.
BROOKVILLE FIRE
COMPANY EMERGENCY SERVICES NIGHT
Pumper 6 along
with 6 personnel went to Brookville to help with Emergency
Services Night in downtown Brookville. Pumper 6 personnel gave a
demonstration on vehicle extrication.

LANDING ZONE FOR A
BURN PATIENT
June 12th - Company 6 was requested at 14:31 for a landing
zone for a burn patient with extensive injuries. Pumper 6 and
Rescue 6 responded to assist EMS and also establish the landing
zone for STAT MedEvac 6.

WORKING VEHICLE FIRE
WITH EXPOSURES
June 5th - Company 6 Along With Sykesville Fire Company And
Clearfield Co Company 36 were alerted at 05:25 for a vehicle
fire endangering several exposures. Rescue 6, Pumper 6 And
Tanker 6 Along With Sykesville's Squad 8 And Tanker 8 Responded
To Find A Working Vehicle Fire. 17 Members From The
Reynoldsville Fire Company Assisted at the scene.

MVA - ROUTE 322 & BIG
RUN PRESCOTTVILLE ROAD
June 4th - Company 6 was alerted at 15:13 for a 2 Vehicle
MVA with injuries Route 322 At the intersection of Big Run
Prescottville Road. Pumper 6 Responded along with 17 Members.
Crews Found A Rear End Collision With Everyone out of the
vehicle. Accident Cleanup and Traffic Control Till PSP Arrived.
Crews Cleared Within An Hour.

TRACTOR TRAILER
ROLLOVER ON ROUTE 322
May 28th - At 01:17 Company 6 was alerted for a tractor
trailer roll over route 322 east of Reynoldsville Borough.
Rescue 6 and Pumper 6 Responded and found a Schneider Tractor
trailer roll over on its side On a bridge with a large amount of
oil, fuel and anti-Freeze Leaking. Brookville Fire Company was
called for their Haz-Mat trailer to asst with the cleanup. Local
and County EMA was also notified. Company 6 crews prevented the
Large amount of fluids from nearly getting into the stream
directly below the accident. Crews were on scene about 4 hours.

LARGE TREE DOWN ON
THE ROADWAY
May 19th - A windy afternoon resulted in Company 6 being
dispatched at 13:15 for a large tree down across the roadway,
Wishaw-Desire Road. Brush 6 responded along with 8 volunteers,
Brush 6 could a large tree blocking the roadway, units cut and
removed the tree from the roadway.
MVA WITH INJURIES

May 13th - At 20:27 Company 6 was alerted for a one
vehicle MVA with injuries on Route 322 east of
Reynoldsville Borough. Pumper 6 and Rescue 6 responded
with 21 volunteers and found one vehicle in the woods
with one patient out. STAT MedEvac was called to the
scene but was redirected DRMC West.

DRYER FIRE
|
May 12th - Company 6 was alerted first alarm at
14:48 for a dryer fire, Baxter Street in Reynoldsville
Borough. Engine 6-2 and Rescue 6 responded with 15
volunteers, units arrived to find that the homeowner had
the fire already extinguished. Units expelled smoke from
the residence and cleared the scene.
